This notice explains what personal information AnnexSys Consulting collects through this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Our Trust Platform product has its own terms with each customer.

What we collect, and why

When you send us a message through the Contact page, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company, subject, message, and the services or solutions you tick as interests. We use this to reply to you and to keep a record of the enquiry.

When you request a demo, we collect your first and last name, work email, job title, company, country, phone number, the solutions you are interested in, and whether you agreed to hear from us about other things. We use this to arrange the demo, and to contact you about our services only where you agreed to it.

When you apply for a job, we collect your name, email address, phone number, any note you write, and the CV file you upload. We use this to consider your application for that role.

When you browse the site, we set a session cookie and remember your choice about cookies. Analytics or marketing cookies are used only if you allow them.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in this website's database on our hosting provider's servers, and a copy may be emailed to the relevant team at AnnexSys Consulting so we can respond. Your CV is stored as an uploaded file alongside your application.

If you allow analytics or marketing cookies, the providers behind them (such as Google, LinkedIn or Meta) also receive information about your visit. You can withdraw that permission at any time using the "Cookie consent" link in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries, demo requests and job applications for as long as we need them for the purpose above and to meet our legal and business record-keeping needs, and then delete them. If you want your information removed sooner, ask us and we will do it unless we are required to keep it.

Your choices

• Ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask for a copy.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong, or delete what we no longer need.
• Withdraw your agreement to marketing contact at any time, including by replying to any message you receive from us.
• Change your cookie choices at any time through the "Cookie consent" link in the footer.

Security

Access to submitted information is limited to the people at AnnexSys Consulting who need it, and the site's admin panel requires a password to sign in. No website can promise perfect security, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.

Changes

If we change this notice, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date above.
