A buyer opens a trust capability and sees a live ring showing the pass rate of your control tests and when they were last run. In Compliance Management the team records a failed control test and its finding, as they would anyway, and the ring on the portal drops with nobody editing the trust page. Once the control is fixed and retested, the ring recovers.
