Agents and MCP servers: know the blast radius

The dependency graph maps every recorded link between agents, tools and the tool servers they use, and each system's page lists everything that depends on it. You set a limit: when reviewed high-severity red-team findings reach it, the next monitoring snapshot suspends the system in the register, and only a governance reviewer can reinstate it. A candidate incident is raised for the same breach.
