AI-written code and SQL shouldn't reach production unchecked

When an assistant writes a query or a command and your software runs it, that output becomes a trusted instruction. Your application sends the AI's output to AnnexIQ along with where it is headed, and gets a verdict before it acts: allow, strip, rewrite or block. In the video, a query that also drops a table gets a block verdict with the reason. Fixed rules decide the clear cases, and unclear ones get an AI second opinion.
