Catch the runaway agent before the invoice does

Set budgets for the company, a business unit, a system or a key, and the budget managers are notified as spend crosses the thresholds you choose. Patterns that look wrong are flagged too, such as a sudden spend spike or one agent run making more calls than your ceiling, and the system involved is named.
