Findings that get closed, not forgotten

A control test that fails or comes back partial cannot be saved without a finding, so every issue is on record from day one with a severity and an owner. You can create the same remediation step across several findings at once, and each becomes its own tracked action. Owners record what was done, and overdue actions show on the dashboard. A person submits a finding for verification and a reviewer closes it, with history showing who moved it and when.
