Spend meets risk

Spend is grouped by risk tier, so spend on systems not yet assessed stands out. One risk-weighted score gives the board a single number to track: higher tiers weigh more using fixed weights, and unassessed systems count as medium until someone looks. The page also shows spend outside any governed system, and spend on systems whose risk review is overdue. Where a system is linked to a vendor, that vendor's spend sits beside its trust and sovereignty scores.
For chief risk officers, Chief AI Officers, CISOs and CFOs who suspect their most expensive AI systems may also be their least reviewed.
