AI Governance

Stop AI projects before they become production surprises

September 27, 2026 ยท Length 1:07

Every AI request is logged in one register, and before a project can be approved it has to clear four checks: demand, architecture, technical and data. AI can draft those checks from project documents, but a second person must review them, and phase gates can require risk and compliance assessments before a project advances. When a project reaches production, it can be admitted into the AI inventory as a governed system, with the approvals that got it there on record.
For CIOs, Chief AI Officers and CTOs who want a faster yes and a documented no instead of approvals lost in email.
Good to know: AI-drafted checks are only drafts, and a second person must review each one before it counts. Phase gates are configurable, not fixed.
