A high score can make a risky idea look ready. In AnnexIQ every candidate gets one weighted score across five dimensions, and two guardrails sit outside it: an unresolved legal blocker and a critical safety gap. In the Stage-Gate Tracker, an idea that scored well but carries a critical safety gap stays blocked in Validation. Clearing it takes a named person's sign-off, not a better score.
